Police Sergeant John Normington

A Memory of Abergwynfi.

Visited Abergwynfi a couple of times in the past 20 years, to see where my Great Grandfather was a policeman in 1902. His name was John Normington.
We visited the old Police station which is now someone's home, did not get a chance to talk to anyone as no one was home.
Does anyone out there have any info on the history of the police station.
I have lived in Canada for the past 40 years.
