When I Worked in The Park

I was a park keeper and gardener, I used to cut the grass in Acton. I met Sean Connery when he lived in Central Road, the house was where nuns used to live and he bought it.

RE: RE: When I Worked in The Park

Do you remember the prefabs in the park by the Uxbridge road? I had a school mate who lived there. I used to go there a lot, and didn't they have a bandstand in the park or am I mistaken? My friends and I went to the park every day in the summer holidays, it was great playing football in the sunshine, the sun never stopped shining in those days, brill times.

RE: RE: When I Worked in The Park

I used to play in the park once a week. I made a good friend there that was the same age as me. His name was Jason. Jason Connery. Son of Sean. Do you remember the annual Funfair and the firework display they had on the final night? They were great days! How I miss them.
