RE: RE: Allt-Yr-Yn House

Hi
I am just replying to a comment after finding pictures of the area of Allt yr yn. My family built a house in that area which was burnt down also which seems a bit of a coincidence and I am just trying to find out if we are talking about the same one.

I would be grateful if you could let me have any info you might have on the house. My family's name that settled there was Hodgkinson but I am not sure when they built it I think probably about the turn of the century either before of after.

Many thanks in anticipation.

RE: RE: Allt-Yr-Yn House

From memory, I would have thought that it was older than very late Victorian or Edwardian.
