The Bus Station

A Memory of Altrincham.

I remember walking past the tea bar on my way from George Street to the bus station to catch either the 71 or the 80 to Stockport Road/Hare and Hounds, Timperley. I did this every day whilst being a pupil at North Cestrian Grammar School

I remember the bus station, I used to travel back and forth to Wellington road boys school 1962-67

I was at the North Cestrian Grammar School from 1959 to 1964, under the Headmastership of Mr Hammond and then Peter Morton. Lived in Timperley.
