I miss it too! I also was an American girl who lived in the village for a few years, 1973-1976. I too have 2 little bottles I dug up by the Mansion. I could not have known at the time that Barton Mills would hold such a beautiful place in my heart. I am a mother now of a 10 year old girl. When I tell her about my adventures in the village, she thinks I am telling her about a magical fairyland. She thinks its a story, I know it's true. With love, Danielle
