Gwynedd memories
Post Office
I have fondest memories of the old Prichard family and Frank DM who lived and ran the post office in Llanrug for years. Frank DM also ran the coaches opposite the post. It was a very sad day for Llanrug when Mrs Prichard widow of Frank DM and her family left the post office. When I go to the post I can still see in my mind Mr. and Mrs Frank DM Prichard.
Ty'n Y Buarth
Would anyone reading this, have any knowledge, or photographs of Ty'n y Buarth, Llanrug? Where it once stood, there is now a modern housing estate. My e mail address is: abergele1754@hotmail.co.uk.

I remember Siop Gron when it was a shop and the post office when it was round the back of the village. My grandmother went to the Methodist chapel on the Deiniolen road and I went to St Helen's from time to time. I was not a very good church attendant. There was a house on the corner opposite Siop Gron where we waited for the school bus and my grandmother was friends with the lady who lived there, I think she had a daughter called Susan but I... Childhood Holidays
We came here in Easter 1983 to 1986 with the school, I loved every minute of it. I am hoping to come back soon for a trip down memory lane, can't wait. 06.08.09 Dave Waite, Hall Road Junior High School, Hull
