I went to Burton school from 1951 till 1954 and enjoyed evry minute of it, the head master was called Mr Watson I remember.

I am looking for any information on the Prince family. I know the Mr and Mrs Prince celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary (1943) at the Parish Church and were very active in the church, Mr Prince as Church Warden and Bell ringer and Captain of the Band of Hope and Manager of the Bentham Parochial School. I think his first name is John and he would be my Great Grandfather. Any information would be helpful thanks.
