I am looking into the history of King Street in Castle Douglas and have been told there was a church, where exactly I am unsure, but if anyone could help with names or pictures I would very much appreciate it.
I have heard that it was situated near what is now a convenience store.
Does anyone know when the little station cottage got turned into? My mother lived there with Margaret Brown and James Brown, Jimmy as he was known, in - what do you call the street?
