Lived in Chaddesley 1950-1967
I lived in Chaddesley from about 1955 to 1967 when I left and went to America. I went to the village school and the Grange School in Stourbridge. Some of the names I remember from that time are: Jeff Stone, Dave Gold, Lawrence Rose, Rosemary Purchase and John George.
If you lived there at that time, it would be great to hear what happened over the years.

RE: RE: Lived in Chaddesley 1950-1967
I grew up and lived in Chaddesley until I got married in 1967, then moving to Kidderminster and I have been there ever since. I knew MMD very well together with all the other names mentioned. Sadly Dave Gould passed away some years ago. Regarding the rest, this is the latest as far as I know. Rosemary P. - Living in the Bromsgrove area. John G. - Saw John last year together with his wife Jill and both are keeping well. Living in the Solihull area. Jeff S. - Have not seen Jeff for many years but still lives locally with his wife Barbara (nee Martin)and ran into her with Liz Bull at a memorial service for Jim Yardley who suddenly passed away some months ago. Well that's about the best I can do with our teenage friends. Lawrence Rose (LoL)

I lived just outside the village on the road to Bromsgrove. Due to both my parents both working in Bromsgrove I attended Lickey End school. Married at St. Cassians in the village.
Don't remember any of the names mentioned but do remember The Mann's and Merediths. Also there was a "Granny Taylor" who lived in an old cottage at the top of the racecourse.
Love to hear from anyone from Chaddesley
