Around this time I Tina Corrall lived in Longford House (the Tudor house) and have many happy memories of it. I went to school nearby and every year we had a medieval fancy dress party where all the village were involved. Anyone remember. My close friend from the village was Avril Bailey.

RE: RE: Longford House

Hi. I was born in Cliffe & lived in Higham Road. Went to St. Helen's Church School in 1945. Was married in St. Helen's Church in 1961. I remember dressing up in fancy dress for the annual fete, watching cricket on the green near the little school at Norwood Corner. Also going to the ploughing competion & sheep dog trials. Those were the days. We have been living in South Africa since 1974, after spending 4 years in Portugal. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE WHO REMEMBERS ME AS JANICE PENGLASE.
