Terms of Use of Frith Logos
By downloading the Frith logo you agree that you understand and accept these terms and conditions without exception or variation.
Registered trademark
The Francis Frith Collection logo is a registered trademark. The logo must always carry the globally recognized ® symbol, which comes as part of the file that you can download from the
Frith website. The size of the ® in relation to the logo has been carefully calculated. Do not redraw the ® or the logo in relation to each other.
Distorting the logo
The logo must not be redrawn or recreated. The logo should never be manipulated, stretched, distorted or cropped.
Clearspace around the logo
Always surround the Frith logo with a minimum of blank space equivalent to that of the logo itself.
The logo should have a clear space equal to its own height on every side. This rule applies to the logo regardless of how big it is. The space around it should expand or contract relative to the logo’s size.
Remedy for improper use
Frith reserves the right to seek appropriate remedy under law where the use of the Frith logo does not meet these terms.
