General Delivery Information


Delivery prices, times and guidelines for when you should expect your order

All prices are per order, not per item.

Standard (USA)
  • Price:  $15.00
  • Assembly time*: Please allow up to 2 working days from receipt of order for Prints and Maps, and up to 5 working days for Books. If your order contains Books as well as a Print or Map, please note that the Books will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
  • Transit time**: Delivers in 7-10 business days from despatch of order (via Canada Post - Regular Air).

Express (USA)
  • Price:  $25.00
  • Assembly time*: Please allow a full 24 hours from when we receive your order for Prints and Maps. If your order contains Books as well as a Print or Map, please note that the Books will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
  • Transit time**: Delivers in 3 business days to most addresses from despatch of order (via Canada Post - Xpresspost).

The small print

  • We offer 2 levels of delivery service for North American addresses - Standard and Express.
  • * Important: Assembly time is the time it will take to assemble your order before it is despatched to you. Prints and Maps will take up to 2 full working days for print and assembly, depending on whether you have opted for Standard or Express. Books are printed to each individual order, and may take up to 5 days to be printed and assembled for you. If your order contains Books as well as a Print or Map, please note that the Books will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
  • ** Important: Transit time is the time allowed for the goods to be delivered once they have been despatched, not from receipt of order.
  • The carrier service specified may be altered at the time of despatch due to weight restrictions or delays affecting specific carriers. The quoted delivery time however should not alter.
  • Please note our North American operation is currently unable to ship outside the United States and Canada. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
