RE: RE: Wendy Charlton

Wendy, the handbag factory was in Denmark Street. We lived in Temple Street and went to Oxford Road Sunday School. Every year we had an anniversary service and the children had to recite poems I did 'Two Pockets and a Hankie'. There was also a Sunday School treat when we all went on a train to Saunderton and had a picnic and sports in a field there. This to us was a great adventure.
