I think there was one in Nelson Street in the 1960/70's can't remember exactly where though - maybe between Regent St and King St. I do know there were two barbers in Montagu Street - one was Bob Smith [my grandfather] at No 22 and the other was Pugh's where Boston's Diner is now - that was my ex's great-grandfather :) Sorry I can't help any further but there's a Facebook page called Rob's Unforgettable Kettering at https://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/home.php?sk=group_223666874318109¬if_t=group_activity there's loads of people on there who may know.
