My Great Great Grandmother Jane Oversby worked for a widow, Mrs Margaret Rossall, who lived at 10 Dalton Square, Lancaster. I visited Dalton Square and counted the houses from 2 - 9; then sent down the other side Numbers 11 onward. The building behind and to the left is the home of Dr Ruxton, who killed his wife and maid in 1935, chopped them up, and distributed them around Moffat in Dumfries. They hanged him, of course, and the bath where he chopped them up was taken to be a horse trough at Preston Police HQ.
