Ennos Ancestors

The Village c1960
Enlarge photo |  More about this photo

Hi,
I have been researching my wife's family history. She was an Ennos, and I have found that there were a number of families with the name Ennos in Little Waltham during the 1800's. Are any of them still around? I'd love to make contact.
Ancestors were Ernest Ennos, William Ennos, James Ennos.
Thanks
John

RE: RE: Ennos Ancestors

John, There was a Leslie Ennos and family living in Great Waltham. Mr Ennos died in the 2000s and his grave is marked in Great Waltham Churchyard. I think he married a lady named ? Snow from Howe Street and they have a daughter named Sally, who I believe still lives in the area. Mr Ennos played wicketkeeper for many years for Great Waltham. Hope this is of some help. Ray

RE: RE: Ennos Ancestors

John, I spoke with my sister who lives in Howe Street and ascertained from her that Sally Ennos married a Bruce Harman (sadly deceased), and they have 2 sons, Neal and Dean, and they still live in or around Great Waltham.
