About this photo

Ann of Cleves House is possibly the most impressive of Ditchling's 16th- and 17th-century buildings. The brick porch fronting the street was the entrance to the courtyard of an earlier Tudor house; it was retained when the Elizabethan timber-framed building was constructed.
