Mr Walsh was my teacher !!! 1964-65 . What a lovely man! He was so funny. Especially when he was giving back marked essays and commenting on our silly mistakes. He used to throw his chalk at some boys who had made the mistakes. He was hilarious. Lovely memories. I am writing my autobiography for my grandchildren and have mentioned him. Can you tell me when he retired?
Thank you

He was a bully! Just because I was the third in line, name Jarvis he would cane me with a stick wrapped in sellotape! In case it broke?a very vicious person....
I left in 1961 that don't sound like that Welsh bully that I knew. His only answer was the cane....
