A Memory of Luton.
That was the beginning of the end for Luton ,some great memories and architecture disappeared when they built that place.

Barbers lane running from Waller Street through to Bute street, and the old market with an entry from George Street.
The George Hotel and "Bergs" menswear where I purchased my first suit in the days when "Italian" pin stripes were all the rage. The lovely cafes in Bute Street where egg and chips could be bought for 1s 3p, and Booths china shop. happy days.
