A Memory of Menheniot.
Hello,
My husband's family descends from The Congdons. I have found out that Joseph Congdon and Ada Helmer Snell possibly lived here. Does anyone know if this is correct?
Also who are the people in the photo?

my ancestors are the Congdon family.My father was Ernest Alexander steed[alec] from Torquay.His dad was Sidney Steed born Torquay married to Lilian Maslin.Dads grandfather was Albert Steed born near Saltash in Notterbridge Cornwall iand dads great grandfather was William Steed born 1864 either landrake or menheniot [will have to check my notes to confirm]who married Anne Jane.William Steed parents were Benjamin Steed and Sibella Congdon.If I go back to the 1500s there are snell family with more Congdon ancestors in my family tree.Do you have a family tree for your husbands Congdon family Rebecca.?
