That's my Home
Second house from front was my mum's family home and I lived there for years.
On the left, a little further along was, and probably still is, the convent/school.
I think the row of houses was called Woodbine Villas.

RE: RE: That's my Home
The convent/school was sold off as luxurious flats around 1990. Before that it was incorporated into a co-educational comprehensive school with St. Peter's boys school down Horseshoe Lane.

RE: RE: That's my Home
Sheeplands Avenue was our home from 1952 until 1958. Our neighbours were Len and Phylis Warder and Rodney and Rosemary. I married Pete Tomkins and Rosemary married John Homersham, we are still friends after all these years. We spend most of our time in Spain. We had two children, Paul and Wend,y and three grandchildren, Vanessa, Sarah, Rachel, and one great-grandchild, Jammie.
