Family History

I would love to know of any information regarding the Aungiers family who lived in Middleton Tyas in the 1800s.
I know the address for John and Hannah was 5 Cottage. Father of John was James. Any information welcome.
Regards
Pam

RE: RE: Family History

John Aungears of Middleton Tyas (b) 1824 - (d)1907 worked at Halnaby all his woking life.
.....................................................................................................................
William Aungiers (b)1827 - (d) 1903 & his wife Isabella (b) 1821- (d)1865 both buried in St Michael & All Angeles at Middleton Tyas. Lived in Gilling.
.....................................................................................................................
James Aungiers (b) 1797 - (d)1861 & his wife Elizabeth (b) 1792 - (d) 1856. both buried in St Michaels & All Angels, Middleton Tyas.

This could be your John's parents. I believe the cottages were built for the tin miners about this time.
