More about this scene

We are on the Eastbourne to London main road. Outside the stables of the Shelley Arms Hotel, a large 18th century coaching inn, produce stalls display items for sale. A car speeds past - the event was recorded on slow film, so the image is blurred. Nearby is Nutley windmill, an open trestle post mill that has been restored to full working order and is open to visitors.
