Returns policy
You may return your Frith purchase to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in an unused condition. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is the result of our error. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your Frith product. However, if you are not, we will not dispute it. We will simply refund your money, with no arguments.
Full information on returning an item to us is included with your order on the reverse of your Delivery Note. You should follow those instructions which include the addresses to which you should return items.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
