Parkinson Family

My gg grandfather Richard Parkinson had a 200 acre farm in Roeburndale in the 1850s. Does anybody have any information about the ancesters of the Parkinson family? I would be grateful of any news, thank you.

RE: RE: Parkinson Family

In 1841 Richard and Mary Parkinson lived at High Salter in Roeburndale, they had Thomas 8, Isabelle 10, Margaret 2 and Marmaduke 6 months. Mary's sister lived at Low Salter and was married to Richard Bleazard and Mary's mother and brother Isabella and George Harrison lived at Higher Haylot. in 1851, the Blezards had moved to Tatham, Richard and Mary had Isabella 20, Margaret12,George 8, Mary 5, Jane 3, and William 3 months living there as well. There is also Isabella and George Harrison there as well. By 1861 they had all moved on. If anyone knows of anyone else that lived at Higher Salter I would be interested.
