Rowberrow Visit

I visited Rowberrow on 31 July & 1 August whilst staying nearby at the Penscott Inn, Shipham.
The main purpose was to explore the Churchyard at Rowberrow Church as part of my interest in family research. The parish registers for Rowberrow show many Venn's buried here. The churchyard is small in size and we were amazed to see that, according to parish registers, over 850 burials took place. Many of the burials are in unmarked graves and given the size of the churchyard one can only assume that multiple burials took place in each plot.
