Hi Tracy
I also lived in Garfield Street but in little Garfield Street behind the Salsbury hotel. My dad was also worked on the docks but finished at Colgates soap works, my mum also worked as a cleaner there. I went to Nashville Street primary, Trafford Rd boys and finally finished at Ordsall Sec in 1963

Hi Tracy Dawson, WOW what a blast from the past. I was just looking up Garfield Street the place I was born in 1958, brother Stephen in 1956 and of course Mark in 1960. My mum Margaret and your mum Joan (auntie Joan) were best friends and we played together with yourself, Karen and Debbie. I think we were related through family. My dad was George Graham and I know your dad was Terry, we had lots of family in the area, my Nana and Granded lived in Garfield Street also and I know you were related to the Adamsons. Hope you are all well, you all moved to Irlam and we moved to Littleton Road, Kersal where my mum still lives. xx
