I went to Flaxley Road Primary School until 1969. There was a single classroom to the front of the school run by Miss Reid, my grandmother's friend, I was scared stiff of her.

Hello. Yes I remember Miss Reid. She wasn't our regular teacher as I was in the main part of the school but we did have handwriting lessons and RE in that classroom. Did you know Joan Hackers and Linda Thompson. They both went to our school?
