The School House

My great great grandfather Matthew Stannett was an elementary teacher along with his wife Sarah Bush Bolton (Stannett). They lived in the school house in 1881 with their five children. Has anyone got a photo of the house or know of the Stannett family?

Payne's The Chemists
Does anyone remember Payne's the Chemists which was situated in the High Street in Thrapston? It was run by Jacob Hugh Payne, (my great-great grandfather), and latterly by a Joseph Hind Payne who was an uncle of mine. They also lived somewhere in Thrapston, does anyone remember where?

RE: RE: The School House

My great Aunt Catherine married a Henry Payne . Her maiden name was Lord. They lived in Kettering in early 1900s do you have a link with this family within your Tree? Catherine was born in Higham Ferrers in 1850s although my family originally came from Thrapston and branched out over to Higham Ferrers.
