THE picture of BILLET LANE was taken outside of DR.PATTERSONS surgery,he was my family
doctor during the war(39/45) ,when my Grandparents lived in LANGTONS. PB.

Hello Peter,often browse through these postings, and noticed you mentioned Dr.Pattersons, he was my doctor when I lived in Hillview Avenue, nr. Emerson Park railway station. I remember when he lanced a large boil on my knee, what a relief when the puss came out.....By the way, I was born in 1935 in Plaistow East London, but soon moved to Romford, 1938, then to Hornchurch and Elm Park, am now living in Kent.
