I spent from 1958 to 1963 living in Llanilar at a house named Glanhaul, at the time it was owned by a local farmer Lloyd George. I spent many wonderful holiday time at the farm Glarafon, tenanted by Will and gwen Jones, and returned 37 years later with my wife to see so many changes - it was such a shock.
