My Godmother was Jennie Wren who lived in the Gatehouse of the Easneye (sp) estate in Stanstead Abbotts. She was an old friend of my parents, and as my dad , John Wisbey, came from Wareside, she may have been a relative of yours.

Thankyou Martin, I will ask my cousin who still lives in Wareside if he knows a Jennie Wren. My grandfather was Walter Wren, your dad may know the name Brothers as they lived in Wareside and my auntie Nelly married a brother. Thankyou for help. Kind regards, Pamela West (Wren)

Hello, I'm trying to trace my sister, I don't know if you could be of any help. She is called Judy Wren and her parents were called Winnie and Jake Wren. My mother was called Ivy and dad was called Victor Smith. We were all from Wareside, Judy was born 1950 and I was born in 1948. If you know any of the names I have mentioned please please contact me, I'd be so grateful. Thankyou Brian Smith
