My grandmother Mary Brooks was born in Witchampton in 1857. She probably married my grandfather Joseph Childs in the church there in 1876, from there they went to live at Corscombe. I am wondering whether she had siblings and if any descendants are still in Witchcampton?

RE: RE: My Grandmother

My Gt Grandmother, Clara Parry 1851-1939 was born in the manor house opposite the church. Many of the early Parry family were born there.
She married William Sprake Follett in All Saints church in 1872.
I have visited the family grave in the churchyard many times.
It is indeed one of the prettiest villages in Dorset
