All 300,000 photographs in The Frith Collection have been scanned, but as the photos were taken over a 110 year period on a wide range of glass & film negatives, using different photographic processes, every image has to be checked and optimised, before we make a print for a customer.

I wrote the 11 plus exam in Woodhurst in about 1949 and passed! Miracles will never cease! The school bus didn't come into Woodhurst so we rode our bicycles to Oldhurst, parked them in the garage there (6d a week I think we paid to park there). The shoe shop only closed in 2016 so it was a feature of the Gt Whyte for more than 50 years.
i have memories of ramsey modern school I sang in the choir had a great teacher mrs brougham I also remember mrs lavender and mr tolby especially the bike rides and the roller scateing ring my best friend was janet walker we lost touch when we both moved house Inow live in Windsor have a husband two children and 5 grandchildren still remember my time at ramsey.denise nee belcher
I transferred to Ramsay when my parents moved to Earith in 1955. Imagine my horror to find out that I shared the headmistress' last name, Oddy. I was Carole Oddy and she was Miss Oddy. No relationship that I'm aware of. I loved the school, the beautiful grounds and the building, even as a young girl, I appreciated it.
