A Memory of Eccles.

I had such wonderful times working as an usherette at the ABC. Saturday nights was best as when everyone was seated and the main feature came on we would change out of our uniform and run upstairs to the dance hall for an hour. We had to keep an eye on the time though as we had to be back to let everyone out and flip the seats. Saturday morning was the ABC minors club - I hated that as at the interval my tray would be empty with no money either, thieving little devils! A thousand little hands would come at me from all directions. Such happy memories of good friends and good tips when the amateurs took over for their stint - Oklahoma was one of their best.
