My grandma and grandad used to live in one of the gate houses - Gerald and Lucy Woolmer!

The Thomas Tresham who built the Lodge on page 29 of book "Did You Know Kettering A Miscellany" was married to my 3rd cousin 12 times removed, Muriel Throckmorton. Their son Francis was my 4th cousin 11 times removed. This Muriel had a sister who had a son Robert Catesby who was one of the 12 along with Francis. Above Thomas also built the market place down the road in Rothwell that took over 100 years to get a roof. This is all part of my family history.
