Us Airmen At Louth 1957 59
A Memory of Welton le Wold.
I remember Louth back in the day, a day, as a young black airman from Maryland, it was nice dine, dance, and hang out in Louth. We used to stand in front of the teashop and sing with the local boys. I wish I could remember the names. All I know is one was Jimmy and another we called 'Teddy boy'. We came out of East Kirkby Air Base. Part of my family is still in Louth. My last visit the town is number one in my book.
