We (Nelson family) spent our summer in the 50s in a caravan on a site within walking distance to the beach and water. I remember once at school bird watching out the window in a small darken room. I also remember playing on the swings with andrews girls from up the road opposite the pub im sure it was in the 1970s but have no photos as my parents did not take photos.
