If for any reason you do not like any Frith product you purchase, simply return it in an unused condition within 30 days, for a full refund of your purchase price. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your Frith product. However, if you are not satisfied we will not quibble over it. We will refund your money without any argument. If we make a mistake with your order, we will also pay your return postage costs.
Information on returning any item you have bought from us is provided on the reverse of the delivery note which arrives with all our orders. You may also see our returns policy.
We are extremely proud of our handmade products, and make considerable efforts to ensure that every item we despatch from our workshops is in pristine condition. We are happy to stand by our the quality of our workmanship and the materials we use. We guarantee that our photo prints and canvases will be free from material or workmanship defects for 25 years from the date of production. If in that time you discover a material or workmanship defect, we will repair or replace your product.
There are a few points our lawyers would like us to make clear as follows:
We guarantee that our print and canvas products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the date of production. If a product proves defective during this period, we will, at our option, either repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. If we are not able repair or replace the product, from curent stock at the time of claim, using materials identical to those originally used on the defective product, we will provide the closest possible replacement from our current product range, as at the time of claim under this guarantee.
The products to which this guarantee applies are photo prints, photos on canvas, map prints and maps on canvas only.
This guarantee applies to products purchased, delivered to, and used within the United Kingdom only.
This guarantee applies to products purchased direct from us and not via any third-party.
We may at our discretion require proof of purchase in order to provide service under the terms of this guarantee.
This guarantee shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care or through normal wear and tear. We shall not be obligated to furnish service under this guarantee to repair damage resulting from or connection to commercial or professional use.
This guarantee is given with respect to the product in lieu of any other guarantees or warranties, express or implied. We hereby disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by this guarantee. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages however they may arise or be caused.
This guarantee is offered on and applicable to orders placed after August 15th 2015.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
