Fowlers Store

Oh, I remember Fowlers really well. My family rented Bridge Farm,1958-59, the back road to Smarden, for a year before buying Boundary Cottage. Old friends of my parents, Denys and Margaret Yates, lived at Elm Tree House which is how we came to live there. I haven't been back since the mid 60's. I went to school at Penderel. What happy memories I have of Kent, we later moved right over to Sandwich and then I left Kent in 1967, only returning a couple of times to stay in the mid 90's in Tenterden. Sally Harclerode.
