A Memory of Bellingham

The 2012 Brown Rigg School Reunion wil take place over the weekend of 8/9/10th June. There will be a packed programme of entertainment and the opportunity to take a look around Brown Rigg once again. Bellingham hasn't changed very much since the Brown Rigg days and will be instantly recognisable, even after all these years. The little gun is still standing outside the Town Hall, the little soldier is still on his plinth in the square, you can still wander up Hareshaw Linn or down by the river and the famous "Long pack" is still in the church graveyard. Tips & Ideas

Not sure what to write? It's easy - just think of an important place in your life and ask yourself:

  • How does it feature in your personal history?
  • What are your best memories of this place?
  • How has it changed over the years?
  • How does it feel, seeing these places again?
  • Do you remember stories about the community, its history & people?
