Old Ings Lane1936

A Memory of Bolton Upon Dearne.

That is the year I was born at 23 Ings Lane. I went to Bolton Infants, on to junior school then Dearneside School. I worked at Wath Main Pit for 14 years. In 1968 I went to live in Torquay and lived there for 32 years, then I went to live in Thailand for 8 years, returned to the UK in Oct 2009 and am now living in Lincolnshire. I would like to hear from anyone who would like to contact me.

I was born at 77 Ingsfield Lane,Bolton on Dearne in 1944. My granny lived at No 43 next to the Pyott family. I also went to Dearnside School and then to Mexborough Tech with Stan Wild who lived at No7. Fond memories.
