A Memory of Forest Row.
Born 25 Dec1938 at numder 3. I have three sisters and a btother who were also born there. Iwenr to the primary school till Dec 1953 then worked at Forest Row garage until I moved to Australia Dec 1954.Ican remember a lot about the village.Like Tom Bedwell own the fish shop near the village hall.Sitfords had a fish shop on Hartfield Road. Bechleys had a bakery just up from theForesterArms pub. Trains were still runs then and myself and the Wheeler boys go scrumping apples from Table husrt manot the old Sackey own it.
