Earl Shilton Bakery 1930s

A Memory of Hinckley.

Does anyone know anything about a bakery in Earl Shilton around the time of 1930? My husband's family apparently lived and worked there and I'd love to find out more about it.

I remember a bake house up near where the working mans club was. My dad used to take the turkey there on christmas day to be cooked as the oven wasn't big enough that would be in the early 40s after the war.
My Mother in Law, lived at a Bakery in Earl Shilton in the 1930's/40s and remembers people bringing their Turkey's to be cooked in the big oven. There seems to be little information other than her memory of the bakery and I'm always trying to learn more about where it was in Earl Shilton and any other information.
