My name is Mark McCabe I grew up in west Leamington , best years of my life ,moved a couple times eastfields, white street , sandfieds, I also moved to market Lavington for a while, the best was highlands farm outside village brilliant years there where , bloody hard winters no heating , grew up quick learnt the ways of living off country , explored Sainsbury plain vast expanse of land , wonderful wild life going about there day with all the noise from tanks gun fire , I spent long days on the plain going further and further each time exploring somewhere different , arm only with my article sleeping bag stove and food , used to lie awake no fire no source of light and look up to the stars . I must admit at times I got scared hearing things seeing things , well seeing things a lot happens in the skies , some things I still can't explain to this day spooky , certainly makes you wonder about things lol, anyway I worked in local butcher's , bakery , building , fencer, I am now in dover kent lovely place full of history plenty places to see , nothing like home though . The great friends family I've lost touch with , it's different here people care about different things have no time for each other use and abuse each other ,no sense of community someone you can depend on , I now run pub and sit watch listen to all the people who come all a different carrecter , the ask where I am from when I say wiltshire very few do , or what it's famouse for even people who don't no which animal bacon or gammon comes from 0r they thought Stonehenge was in egypt , I love my home town and will arrive home soon the
