All Saints School

A Memory of Newmarket.

I went to the old school just down the road from the new one; A teacher that I remember was called John Satterly. And a friend of mine lived opposite the headmasters school house he was called Tommy Rice. His father was an officer at Mildehall air base . Tommy had a sister but I cant remember her name. I lived in Burley House Wellington Street Almost adjacent to Moons bicycle shop. We often went to the park with the paddling pool. There were slots in concrete slabs where you could park your bike. Still there I believe. Another friend was Freddie Shaw.
