A Memory of Rush Green.

i was born in 1953 in manor park my family moved to Dagenham road 1954 to a new house recently built close to the chase and a short walk to the Farmhouse Pub I can remember the steps leading up to the entrance when only 9-10yrs old the building seemed huge I loved walking over Eastbrook cemetery and during the long summer school holidays playing over the chase making dens.
i went to Rush Green Infants and Juniors from 1958- 1964 then transferred to Eastbrook Girls School TEACHERS AT RUSH GREEN JUNIORS which I remember Mr Snow Mr Smith Miss Rhys Mr Turney Mr Bull was the Head. I can remember having sports day on the grass at the front
