A Memory of Walton on the Hill.

I am researching my family tree and believe that William Wilks and his wife Alice lived in Walton on the Hill during the late 1930s early 1940s. He was a nurseryman/gardener by trade. Any information would be very helpful.

if you write to the Rector at St Peters he maybe able to help you with names of folk in the village today. I to married there in 1972. My parents owned Tudor Court, opposite Fox and Hounds and lived above.. but we were not locals. from Streatham originally, I am now in New Zealand, know of a lady in Greytown, next town, whose family were in Howard Close the Bridges.. Harry and Cis Bridges. both died now.
