Many Years Ago

A Memory of Warnham Court School.

I was born at #9 station rd in Warnham in 1925. Ilived there (apart from Royal Navy time in ww2)until 1954 at which time I joined the Canadian military and emmigrated to Canada. I have many fond memories of Warnham and still have relatives there. Prior to my Navy time I worked at H&E Lintotts and after the war at the Brickworks. My name is Gerry Burtenshaw and some of you may remember my siblings Roy and Wendy. I hasten to add that my wifes maiden name was Monica Goring and we expect to celebrate out 60th anniversary in January 2007
