Woodford Bridge 1937 To 1957.
A Memory of Woodford Bridge.
Date is.. Dec.16.th.2022.... I added memories ages ago (2015 ?), & they all seem to have been erased !! Shame.
Name is Doug Parrott.. & lived in Crownhill Road for a happy 20 x years, including WW/2. Am now aged 90, in case anyone is left who may have known us.
Just to add that my dear wife, Margaret, died last December, after a 2 x year battle with dementia, & little help from the 'Medics' due to Covid. Have been in Newport, S.Wales now for 52 x years.
I was able to contact my cousin,Brian in Canada, through this site, after about a 50 x year loss of contact. All my comments & many others, not available now. I had strong connections with the St.Pauls Church, in the choir & as a 'Sidesman, & visited there recently, to visit my parents, grave there. Anyone wishing to comment on this.. though I doubt that anyone will.. feel free. Thanks.

Hello Douglas, our staff have checked our database and cannot find any earlier memories from you - but it does look like you may have added comments to other people's memories. Perhaps this is what you remember?
